My heart is being called to share healthy recipes with minimal fuss that are easy to follow.

Coming from a background of hairdressing since 18 years of age has really exposed me to many chemicals. At the age of 32 I decided it was time to start my own business from home with low toxin greener products.

My vision is to inspire others to help make changes physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually by sharing recipes, living tips and stories to create connection and oneness.

To inspire more understanding, compassion and acceptance.
